JOB DESCRIPTION
- Update product information, promotions and customer service.
- Answer customer service inquiries via chat channels (Facebook, Skype, …)
- Attend events and seminars to meet with clients.
- Find customers (sellers) in Vietnam to negotiate and close the contract.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree,
- Skills: good communication; searching, analyzing and classifying information; logical thinking in processes and systems; organizing and managing the workload.
- Priority is that you have experience working in the POD industry (Print On Demand)
