We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.
Job Description:
- Manage orders and daily operations
- Drive ongoing improvement of operational processes with Top Management to deliver efficiencies, ensuring consistency across the entire operation
- Monitor and assess customer reviews and feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support internal team with other duties as needed
- Work collaboratively with the CS team to understand customer needs and wants.
- In addition, playing a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- have 1+ years of experience working in E-commerce
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- meet KPIs and have weekly/bi-weekly report meetings with upper management to give an update on the department’s status
Salary & Incentive:
- Salary from 10-15 million VNĐ / month full time depending on experience and capacity, there are rewards if the Team KPI is exceeded
