- Answer customer inquiries and feedbacks via email
- Check daily new upload templates on website and on the system
- Working with suppliers, issues customer feedback on orders
- Participate in the operating process as assigned by Team Leader
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Female
- Students who have not graduated, just graduated or have been working for less than 1 year
- Logical thinking and English comprehension ability
- Careful, meticulous, responsible for the general work and good teamwork.
- Priority is that you have experience working in the POD industry (Print On Demand)
SALARY & INCENTIVE
- Salary from 7 – 11 million VNĐ / month full time depending on experience and capacity, there are rewards if the Team KPI is exceeded.
